The hotel had a clean and comfortable room with a lovely view. The staff respected my "Do not disturb" sign, which made for a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The hotel facilities, such as the lobby and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and perfect for hosting business meetings. The location was great, situated in an area that received just the right amount of sunlight near the pickup area for car services and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

The bar isn't functioning like a bar all the lobby coffee and tea services are distributed from the bar.There are a lot of people at the bar.

The good location for the price, next to several areas and Ibirapuera Park-a place where everyone goes to walk and several good museums. Also, by taxi or Uber.

Excellent customer service

We had an issue with the noise from the neighboring room, but the hotel staff promptly offered to change our room and ensured a peaceful stay. The room itself was comfortable with a well-stocked minibar and the breakfast spread was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service and pleasant amenities.

I was not amused when the room that I had booked for 220 Reais through Booked.net was all of a sudden 298 reais.Further the internet charges are 30 Reais a day (around 11 euro) which is ridiculous - should come free.

Practical hotel for business.

They charge you for all the extra's: early check in, gym, water, internet... There is nothing to do in the neighborhood you need to take a taxi for everything.
